Kyle McCorkel:
Right. So most people think that they would call up a realtor. With us, they’re calling us and they’re directly trying to sell the house to us. So we’ll spend some time talking to them. We’ll talk about the property, ask about their situation. Just make sure that we’re a good fit for what they need. If it is a good fit, we’ll get the house under contract, and then we’ll be able to close in 10 to 14 days. No appraisals, no inspections, no contingencies.

Amy Kehm:
You’re just as is.
