So we’ve bought flooded out houses. We’ve bought condemned, falling down houses, [inaudible 00:01:01] houses, bad tenants. Pretty much any bad situation you can think of, we’ve seen. Also, people who just need to sell quickly for whatever reason.

Yeah. What is a cash offer?

Very good. The selling process, what does it look like for a homeowner who’s looking to, “Hey, here’s my house. What can you do?”
Kyle McCorkel:
Right. So most people think that they would call up a realtor. With us, they’re calling us and they’re directly trying to sell the house to us. So we’ll spend some time talking to them. We’ll talk about the property, ask about their situation. Just make sure that we’re a good fit for what they need. If it is a good fit, we’ll get the house under contract, and then we’ll be able to close in 10 to 14 days. No appraisals, no inspections, no contingencies.
Amy Kehm:
You’re just as is.
Kyle McCorkel:
As is.
