Kyle McCorkel

Kyle is an industrial engineer, turned house flipper, founder of “Safe Home Offer“, and has years of experience buying and renovating houses. Kyle was born and raised in Hershey, PA. In 2015, Kyle began investing in real estate and he pursued it as a full-time business beginning in 2018. He has a passion for invigorating the community and helping property owners solve their problems by buying and fixing up homes. Kyle has been involved in dozens of transactions with owners looking to sell a house fast in Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas. Kyle is a devoted family man with three young boys and a beautiful wife of 10 years. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, hiking, skiing, Penn State sports, cooking smoked meats, and Central PA breweries

Jeff Ebersole
VP of Construction
Jeff is from York County, PA and currently resides in Hershey. Jeff started Ebersole Remodeling and continues to provide quality remodeling services to homeowners across Central Pennsylvania. He manages all of the construction projects taken on by Safe Home Offer. Jeff is a proud husband and father to one son who was born in 2020. Jeff loves spending time with his family and rehabilitating old properties to their former glory.
Travis Wylie
Acquisitions and Dispositions Agent
Travis grew up in the Central Pa area and attended Red Land High School and Shippensburg University. While at Shippensburg University he was on their Wrestling and Boxing teams. Upon graduation from Shippensburg, Travis took over as their head boxing coach for 10 years and worked in the accounting/finance field as a Financial Systems Analyst. He is currently a boxing coach at the Cameron Street boxing gym in Harrisburg, where he trains both amateur and professional boxers, and serves as Treasurer for the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA). Travis is a licensed real estate agent and a real estate investor. He’s renovated many homes and has a portfolio of 30 rental properties in Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
Josh Stefanic
Acquisitions Agent
Josh was born and raised in Harrisburg PA. He graduated from Bishop McDevitt Highschool and went on to The University of Sciences in Philadelphia. Josh is married to his highschool sweetheart and they have one daughter. When he’s not busy working on one of his rental properties or helping homeowners find a great exit solution, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors whitewater kayaking and hunting. Josh is dedicated to helping property owners find safe solutions to sell their properties.
Abi Wagner
Administrative Support
Abi hails from the small midwestern town of Defiance, Ohio. She went to Penn State University where she studied English and Philosophy. Abi and her husband have three kids, and a Mini Australian Shepherd. In her limited spare time she likes to do all things creative – photography, sewing, and crocheting, mainly. She also loves tea, yoga, and is a runner, having completed two half marathons.
Lauren Lukosius
Marketing Manager
Lauren grew up in Palmyra, PA and attended Penn State. She helps the Safe Home Offer team with marketing strategies to reach sellers who are in need of our services. In Lauren’s spare time she enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs, yoga, kayaking and exploring new restaurants.
